'Learning to massage my baby was so beneficial. Brooke was so relaxed whilst being massaged which proved to me how much she enjoyed it. It was lovely to put into action all that we had learnt in class and immediately put it into the bedtime routine, which helped Brooke to be calm before her bedtime.
A big factor was holding the class in a comfy and warm home environment. I believe this help myself and brooke to be more relaxed.

As well as giving me much more confidence with my baby the course has shown me how beneficial touch and one to one time is for both of us. It’s easy to get into a routine of looking after him ie washing, changing, feeding etc but massage is the time for both of us to really connect and enjoy each other. At 3 month old, he now understands me when I ask him if he would like a massage – his huge grin says it all!
